Terms of service.


Bookings & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the event or as per agreement.

  • All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Postponements are allowed depending on availability, and may be subject to rescheduling fees.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear access to the event venue, adequate setup time, and necessary technical details in advance.

  • Any permits, venue fees, or third-party coordination are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

  • The client agrees not to move or alter equipment without permission.

Liability & Damages

  • We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, power outages, or third-party interference.

  • The client will be held responsible for any damage or loss to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized handling during the event.

Content Rights

  • We reserve the right to use photos or videos captured during the event for our portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

  • Final deliverables (photos, videos, recordings) will be shared within the agreed turnaround time.

Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. All event-related materials and communications will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling our services.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Malaysian legal procedures.

By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms of Service.

 FAQs

  • To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for large-scale events. However, feel free to contact us for last-minute bookings — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes, we occasionally offer special discounts, promotional tokens, or payment vouchers for repeat clients, referrals, early bookings, or during festive seasons.

    Kindly ask our team during inquiry or quotation for any ongoing offers or loyalty rewards. All discounts or vouchers must be confirmed in writing and are subject to terms and availability.

  • Yes, our team will be on-site to handle the setup, operation, and teardown of all AV and production equipment, ensuring smooth execution throughout your event.

  • Final deliverables are typically provided within 7 to 14 working days after the event, depending on the scope of the project. For urgent delivery, please let us know in advance — express editing services may be available with an additional fee.
